Imagine 2025 and Beyond - Call for Abstracts

Welcome! Thank you for considering an abstract submission for the Imagine 2025 and Beyond poster session.

We are accepting abstracts for the 2025 planned poster session. General Categories for submissions will be Anatomic Pathology, Laboratory Medicine, or Laboratory Management. Case studies are acceptable. Winners will receive $250 award.

Abstract Requirements and Important Dates
-Abstract Deadline Extended: Monday, September 22, 2025, 11:59PM

Abstract submissions may not have already been published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Abstracts will be judged on the following criteria:
- Significance of hypothesis
- Valid conclusion(s)
- Argument clarity
- Presentation quality
The body of the text may contain a maximum of 300 words. Additionally, it must be organized under (and contain) all the following headings:
- Background
- Methods
- Results / Case Report(s)
- Conclusions
Author Requirements:
- Corresponding authors (the person who submits the abstract) are responsible for submitting financial disclosure information for all authors. Corresponding authors should obtain any relevant financial disclosures and the e-mail addresses for all co-authors prior to starting the submission process
- Corresponding authors must complete and finalize submissions (any images 300 dpi, jpeg, maximum 4x3 in) prior to the 11:59 PM EST, Monday, September 22, 2025 (Deadline Extended).
- Affiliations for each author must be clearly listed, including full department and institution names. Spell out this information; do not use abbreviations or acronyms.
Poster Size:
- Width: 48" (4') / Height: 36" (3')
Presenting authors must be present at their posters during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by September 25, 2025.
